How We Raise Our Cattle

We raise Hereford beef cattle that spend their entire lives on pasture. Our animals are entirely grass-fed. We'll vouch for the meat -- we eat the same thing ourselves.

Our cattle never eat anything that could be used to feed people and anything containing animal tissues. Some of our other "nevers" are: antibiotics in feed, synthetic growth hormones, synthetic pesticides, and synthetic fertilizers. Our animals are slaughtered and processed in a local, USDA inspected plant.

Beef is available year-round in limited supply in halves, quarters and individual cuts. Customers should call ahead of time to inquire about availability and to place orders. Orders can be picked up at the farm, delivered within a certain range, or delivered via the Cross Timbers Food Co-op.
